Finding a product on the Chameleon S.R.L. it’s simple and intuitive. In the Home you will find quick links for the main products, and from the menu you can easily reach the Shop section and the individual pages, where you can find information on each individual product.
If you have found the product you are interested in, just click on the “Add to cart” button. This action is not binding and does not determine the order. By clicking on “Proceed to checkout” you will access your cart and you can add other items (“Continue shopping”), empty the cart or proceed by clicking on the “Proceed to checkout” button. At this point you can log in with your credentials, if you are registered, or register on our site, filling in the forms with your data. Finally, choose the ancillary delivery services and confirm the order by clicking on the button relating to the chosen payment method.

It could happen that the product is damaged during the transport phase. If you receive the product with damaged packaging, we recommend that you accept the goods with a successful check, putting “Goods with visibly damaged packaging” as a motivation on the courier’s systems. Then just contact our Customer Service, who will open a damage case for the replacement of the goods. It could also happen that the purchased product is defective. In this case, just contact our Customer Service attaching photographic documentation of the defective goods. Once the non-compliant state of the product has been ascertained, we will replace the goods.
