General sales conditions for online purchases on the site

Site owner: Chameleon SRL, based in Via Alfonso Giangi, 44 47891 Dogana, San Marino, Operator code SM29070, makes the online purchase of all items available through its website, of which it is the exclusive owner.

General notes

These general conditions of sale (“General Conditions”) are governed by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005) and by the rules on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree no. 70/2003). The Customer (hereinafter “Customer”) is invited to consult these General Conditions according to their preferred methods.

Offer to the public

The Products and their prices presented on the Site constitute an offer to the public in accordance with the methods specified in the General Conditions and on the Site itself. The conditions of this offer apply exclusively to purchases made on the Site.


All prices include VAT / San Marino single phase. Delivery costs (hereinafter “Delivery Costs”) are charged to the Customer and adequately highlighted in the Purchase Order (hereinafter “Purchase Order”) unless otherwise indicated. The price shown on the site at the time of sending confirmation applies to the products, without any consideration of previous offers or any subsequent price changes.


Purchase Orders must be made online through the order procedure (hereinafter “Order Procedure”) on the Site. In order to proceed with the conclusion of the Purchase Order, the Customer must provide the requested personal data, necessary to be able to make the purchase. The Customer successfully completes the Order Procedure if no error message appears on the Site. The Purchase Agreement will be concluded upon receipt of the Order by the site owner. In this case, the receipt of the Order will be acknowledged by sending an order confirmation e-mail (hereinafter “Order Confirmation”) to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This Confirmation will summarize the Products purchased, the relative Prices (including delivery costs), the delivery address, the order number (hereinafter “Order Number”) and the General and Special Conditions applicable to the Order. The Customer undertakes to verify the correctness of the data contained in the Order Confirmation and to communicate any corrections within 24 (twenty-four) hours of receipt of the same. Possible increase in costs caused by errors in the data not reported promptly, will be charged to the Customer. The Order Number, generated by the automated system and communicated by email, must be used by the Customer in any communication with the site owner. It is possible that the unavailability of some Products may occasionally occur, in which case, if the Products chosen by the Customer are not available, it will be promptly communicated to the Customer.

Delivery methods

The goods are delivered (hereinafter “Delivery Service”) using specialized carriers (hereinafter “Carriers”), exclusively in the areas specified in the “Shipping and delivery” section. At the time of Delivery, the presence of the Customer is required to check that the packaging is intact and that the Products received correspond to what is stated in the Order. In the event of visible defects, such as incorrect quantities and / or incorrect Product and the non-integrity of the packaging, the Customer must provide the relevant report on the transport document and contact the owner of the site by e-mail no later than 7 (seven ) days from Delivery.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs (hereinafter “Delivery Costs”) are charged to the Customer and adequately highlighted in the Order, unless otherwise indicated.

Assistance services

The Customer can obtain information regarding the after-sales assistance services, by accessing the “contacts” section of the Site or by e-mai.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal as required by current legislation is provided for the purchase of items online on the site. The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal is 14 days, within which the Customer is required to communicate it by registered letter with return receipt to the address listed at the top of the page in advance by e-mail. The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:
  • the law applies to individual Products purchased in their entirety;
  • the purchased Product (s) must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and ancillary documentation);
  • the transport costs relating to the return of the Product are charged to the Customer;
  • the Return is under the full responsibility of the Customer.
If the right of withdrawal has been correctly exercised, the site owner will refund the customer the full amount already paid, including delivery costs, within 30 (thirty) calendar days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The refunded amount will be net of the costs for the Return of the Products, which will be borne by the Customer.

Se il diritto di Recesso è stato correttamente esercitato, il proprietario del sito provvederà a rimborsare al Cliente l’intero importo già pagato, comprensivo delle Spese di Consegna, entro 30 (trenta) giorni di calendario dal ricevimento della comunicazione di Recesso. L’importo rimborsato sarà al netto delle spese per la Restituzione dei Prodotti, le quali resteranno a carico del Cliente.


Legal guarantee for the consumer

The Consumer, as defined in art. 3 of the Consumer Code (hereinafter, “Consumer Code”, Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206), has the right to avail itself of the legal guarantee provided by the Consumer Code itself in articles 128 to 132. This Guarantee provides, among other things, that the Consumer, under penalty of forfeiture, communicates to the owner of the site any lack of conformity found by the consumer in the product purchased within 2 (two) months of discovery (Article 132, Consumption). Following this communication, the Consumer will have the right to request the repair or replacement of the Product, without prejudice to the other rights provided by law in favor of the Consumer. The above legal guarantee is valid for a maximum period of 2 (two) years from the delivery of the product. Beyond this deadline, the owner of the site will therefore not be responsible for any lack of conformity found by the consumer. In case of replacement or repair of the Product, the terms of the warranty relating to the Product given in replacement or resulting from the repair, are the same as the original product. Therefore, the total two-year duration of the legal guarantee will in any case start from the delivery of the original product. In any case, for the regulation of the legal guarantee, reference is made to the rules of the Consumer Code referred to in articles 128 and following.

Legal guarantee for non-consumer customers

The non-consumer customer, as defined in art. 3 of the Consumer Code, has the right to avail itself of the legal guarantee provided for in the Civil Code. This guarantee provides, among other things, that the non-consumer customer, under penalty of forfeiture, communicates any lack of conformity found in the product purchased within 8 (eight) days of discovery. The above legal guarantee is valid for a maximum period of 12 (twelve) months from the delivery of the product. Beyond this deadline, the site owner will not be held responsible for any lack of conformity found by the non-consumer customer. In order to take advantage of the guarantee, we recommend that you show the purchase document.

Treatment of personal data

Customer data is processed by the site owner in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data, as specified in the information provided in the appropriate “Privacy Policy” section.


Any communication can be addressed to the owner of the site through a specific e-mail box.


Any disputes related to the interpretation or execution of this contract will be resolved exclusively by the competent Court, without prejudice to the application of the rules of the Consumer Code in the case of purchases by Consumers.

Shipping and deliveries

Delivery of products

The delivery of the purchased products takes place within the European Territory. The products will be delivered by Poste San Marino S.p.A. or by whom for him at the address indicated that cannot be changed once the order has been taken over. Upon receipt, the Customer must check the integrity of the package containing the purchased product; if any anomalies are found, they must be immediately reported to the Express Courier.

Average delivery times

The delivery times indicated may vary due to customs formalities. The site owner undertakes to respect, as a maximum order fulfillment time, a period not exceeding 10 working days from the order, except in cases of force majeure. In case of delay of more than 10 working days, the Customer will be contacted directly by e-mail to be informed and updated on the expected delivery date.

Payments accepted

Credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PostePay, JCB, Diners Club, American Express. Credit card details are managed directly by the Bank.

Payments by bank transfer

By selecting this method, you will receive the bank details by e-mail at the time of the purchase confirmation. If you pay by bank transfer, the goods will be shipped only after verifying that they have been credited to the current account of our bank. However, it is recommended to send an accounting copy of the bank by e-mail, in order to reserve the purchased goods in your name. The reason to be reported on the bank transfer must indicate:
  • The order number
  • Name and Surname of the payer
The bank transfer must be made within 3 days from the date of purchase. If payment is not received within 5 days of order confirmation, the order will be considered automatically canceled.

Payments by credit card

Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PostePay, JCB, Diners Club, American Express. credit cards are accepted. This includes CartaSì, BancoPosta credit card, Postepay card, Aura card and all other credit cards bearing the Mastercard, Visa or American Express logo. Credit card details are managed directly by the Bank.

Payments via PayPal

PayPal is an online payment system that provides for the opening of an account with PayPal. By concluding a purchase with this type of payment, the PayPal site page will be displayed. You will need to enter your e-mail address and password relating to your PayPal account. After registration, you can make payments via PayPal without having to re-enter your data, even for subsequent purchases. In case of purchase through the PayPal payment method, at the conclusion of the order the Customer is directed to the PayPal login page. The amount relating to the order is charged to the PayPal account at the time of order acquisition. In case of cancellation of the order, both by the customer and in case of rejection by the site owner, the amount will be refunded to the customer’s PayPal account. The cancellation of the order is possible as long as the order has not been processed. The status of the order is clearly visible in the “My Purchases” area and can no longer be canceled if the indication “Order fulfilled” appears. At no time during the purchase procedure the owner of the site is able to know the customer’s financial information. Since there is no data transmission, there is no possibility that this data will be intercepted. No computer archive of the site owner contains or retains such data. For each transaction performed with the PayPal account, the Customer will receive a confirmation email directly from the PayPal circuit.
