It could happen that the product is damaged during the transport phase. If you receive the product with damaged packaging, we recommend that you accept the goods with a successful check, putting \u201cGoods with visibly damaged packaging\u201d as a motivation on the courier’s systems. Then just contact our Customer Service, who will open a damage case for the replacement of the goods. It could also happen that the purchased product is defective.
