Order<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tPurchase Orders must be made online through the order procedure (hereinafter \u201cOrder Procedure\u201d) on the Site. In order to proceed with the conclusion of the Purchase Order, the Customer must provide the requested personal data, necessary to be able to make the purchase. The Customer successfully completes the Order Procedure if no error message appears on the Site. The Purchase Agreement will be concluded upon receipt of the Order by the site owner. In this case, the receipt of the Order will be acknowledged by sending an order confirmation e-mail (hereinafter \u201cOrder Confirmation\u201d) to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This Confirmation will summarize the Products purchased, the relative Prices (including delivery costs), the delivery address, the order number (hereinafter \u201cOrder Number\u201d) and the General and Special Conditions applicable to the Order. The Customer undertakes to verify the correctness of the data contained in the Order Confirmation and to communicate any corrections within 24 (twenty-four) hours of receipt of the same. Possible increase in costs caused by errors in the data not reported promptly, will be charged to the Customer. The Order Number, generated by the automated system and communicated by email, must be used by the Customer in any communication with the site owner. It is possible that the unavailability of some Products may occasionally occur, in which case, if the Products chosen by the Customer are not available, it will be promptly communicated to the Customer.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

At the time of Delivery, the presence of the Customer is required to check that the packaging is intact and that the Products received correspond to what is stated in the Order. Right of withdrawal<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe right of withdrawal as required by current legislation is provided for the purchase of items online on the site. The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal is 14 days, within which the Customer is required to communicate it by registered letter with return receipt to the address listed at the top of the page in advance by e-mail. The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:\r\n

  • the law applies to individual Products purchased in their entirety;<\/li>\r\n \t
  • the purchased Product (s) must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and ancillary documentation);<\/li>\r\n \t
  • the transport costs relating to the return of the Product are charged to the Customer;<\/li>\r\n \t
  • the Return is under the full responsibility of the Customer.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nIf the right of withdrawal has been correctly exercised, the site owner will refund the customer the full amount already paid, including delivery costs, within 30 (thirty) calendar days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The refunded amount will be net of the costs for the Return of the Products, which will be borne by the Customer.\r\n
